First of all I apologise for our lack of experience on pets rabbits, but I think we can help you with your question because we do have a lot of experience on the disease and with the vaccine.

The recommended primary vaccination is from 30 days of age and then revaccination for future breeders is recommended 6 weeks after the primary vaccination. This makes sense in meat rabbits, because when they are vaccinating at a young age (30 days of age), their immune system is not mature enough to develop antibodies that will protect the animal for 6 months. Therefore we recommend a second dose to ensure a good immunisation. However, when primovaccination is applied to adults (>2 months), this revaccination at 6 weeks is not necessary. This is based on our knowledge on classical RHD vaccines and field data from Spanish farms, where the vaccine has proved to succesfully protect adult animals for 6 months,

This being said, revaccination could do no harm, but on the contrary it would create a "booster" effect, which means that would rise antibodies level and provide the animal a more robust and longer protection. RHD vaccines containan inactivated virus, and therefoe they don't immunosupresss the animals like live vaccines (such as myxomatosis) and the only possible adverse reactions would be local inflammation in injection sites, which are always transient.
